By scheduling your appointment, you understand that the deposit being paid is a non-refundable deposit. If you want to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit. You also understand that there is a 72 hour reschedule policy in place. If you want to transfer your deposit to another appointment date and time, you have to reschedule 72-hours or more before the originally scheduled appointment.
